Role Overview
- Build, extend, and own security-facing backend services
- Use AI-assisted workflows daily and evaluate new tooling
- Help establish shared AI practices within the team
- Participate in system design and architectural decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Frontend, Android, iOS, and Backend engineers
- Take ownership of what you build, from design through production
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on PHP development in production systems
- Demonstrable AI-native workflow experience with tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.
- Solid grasp of system design and design patterns
- Strong understanding of OOP and asynchronous programming
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and integration testing
- Clear, proactive communicator in a cross-functional environment
