Partner closely with account and creative teams to understand business goals and creative/strategic priorities.
Lead end-to-end production planning, including deliverables, budgets, timelines, and talent contracts—from pre-production through final delivery.
Identify, engage, and manage production partners, including conducting triple bids when required; negotiate competitive rates and terms, and collaborate with cost consultants to ensure cost efficiency.
Develop accurate scopes of work using industry-standard pricing benchmarks.
Manage project financials, including POs, budgets, bids and billing across all production costs.
Build and maintain detailed production timelines and calendars
Collaborate with creative, account, and finance teams to ensure efficient workflows and clear communication.

Requirements
8+ years of experience working within an ad agency as a producer
Innovative thinking and the ability to push the envelope
Your creativity and adaptability
you will need to lean into other areas of production on some of the integrated projects
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the many different personalities we celebrate at Rethink
Strong organizational skills including scheduling, managing suppliers, timely talent contract submissions etc.
A track record of strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Experience with ACTRA/SAG.
Experience with US vendors / production partners is a plus.
Ideally a combo of agency production and line production/production manager if possible.
