Provide customer service at highest standards, responding to customer’s commercial and technical questions or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization
Identify customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, liaising with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine best solution to be offered
Configure the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget
Create a quote in Oracle, assist with technical recommendations and submit the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the technical proposal offered and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer
Adapt to the audience when sharing technical knowledge and presenting the solution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field
3-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or similar technical position
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
