2+ years experience
Master’s degree in a quantitative / technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, Eng, Physics, CompSci)
Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL
Evidence of applying advanced models to real-world problems
Ability to craft rigorous research / evaluation designs
