Maintain, strengthen, and retain relationships with existing clients through proactive and structured communication.
Understand customer needs and align proposed solutions accordingly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion.
Expand customers portfolio through prospecting, networking, and other structured outreach initiatives.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
Conduct market and industry research to monitor trends relevant to responsible sourcing and associated service lines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s service offerings, including responsible sourcing, ESG, GMP, food safety and quality management.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately to clients, ensuring value proposition alignment.
Participate in internal training programs to enhance technical understanding.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements and internal guidelines.
Conduct negotiations with customers and coordinate internally to ensure feasibility and commercial consistency.
Review contract documents to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory expectations.
Facilitate a smooth transition from the sales process to project initiation.
Support operational teams with initial project management activities following kick-off meetings.
Ensure clear communication of client expectations and contractual commitments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally in B2B environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with autonomy while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of sustainable sourcing, social audits, food safety or quality management systems is an advantage.
