Processing vendor invoices, processing approvals and posting within the ERP system.
Processing payments of vendor invoices.
Preparation of accounting records in both Czech and English that comply with the statutory accounting and tax rules, deferred charges, accruals, provisions.
Preparation and submission of VAT returns, when applicable for the SPV’s.
Maintenance of fixed assets register and depreciation schedule, when applicable for the SPV’s.
Monthly reporting in accordance with Group instructions.
Annual closing of the books.
Regular balance sheet account inventory.
Cooperating on preparation of monthly reporting package according to Group reporting requirements. Cooperation with business team and presentation to Corporate Finance team (especially but not only variance analysis of Actuals to Budget & comments, accrued RF report, project tracker report, ageing report, closing checklist, TB reconciliation, performance reforecast).
Cooperating at preparation of intercompany elimination journals in line with Group chart of accounts through Group consolidation system and of monthly/quarterly/annual IFRS adjustment bookings in line with Group standards & policies.
Participation for Audit process – semiannual (preparation of underlying documents in cooperation with the team).
Preparation of monthly adjustment bookings in Yardi (allocation of costs to properties).
Participation in annual Budget preparation.
Additional reporting agenda according to group reporting requirements & business needs.
Requirements
Education
relevant secondary school or university degree (ideally Economics direction)
3 years of experience in Accounting area
MS Excel
advanced used (V lookup, pivot table)
Experience with asset accounting and VAT preparation
Analytical skills / logical thinking
Language skills: Czech / Slovak: native or bilingual level, English: professional working level (min. B2)
