Role Overview
Lead end-to-end marketing operations across beef and dairy portfolios
Serve as primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors
Own and manage the Livestock Marketing budget
Drive Beef Team sales enablement, developing tools and assets for the field sales organization
Plan, manage and deliver marketing projects from brief through distribution
Oversee earned media engagements and manage paid media buys
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing management, preferably within animal health, agriculture, or life sciences
Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and creative vendors
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets with financial rigor and accountability
Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Asana or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, customer-facing materials
Experience developing sales enablement content and partnering with commercial teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
