About this role
Role Overview
Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner (demo requests, webinar leads, event leads, etc.)
Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect need, challenges, and fit with the Case IQ suite of products
Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Follow up with nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
Continuously improve product knowledge and messaging
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment – proven track record of quota attainment
Experience with sales engagement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav) is an asset
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and coachability
Experience handling inbound leads and converting “warm” leads from webinars & tradeshows
