Build and maintain development tools and infrastructure
Automate and improve development and release processes
Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
Collaborate with development teams to ensure processes are followed and optimized
Monitor and improve processes across the software development lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of DevOps practices
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and select appropriate tools
Administer and support Windows and Linux infrastructure
Integrate security practices and tools into CI/CD pipelines
Support build packaging and installer creation using tools such as InstallAnywhere, InstallShield, or similar technologies
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational guides
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Operate effectively in an Agile development environment

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in Unix/Linux and Windows administration
Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Artifactory, and Veracode
Experience with AWS or Azure environments
Experience with automation/configuration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes
Exposure to container technologies such as Docker or vSphere Integrated Containers
