Role Overview
- Provide service and support to policyholders through multiple channels including phone, messaging, and policy processing
- Handle requests effectively with a focus on first contact resolution
- Collaborate with agents to build positive relationships with policyholders
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment
- P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed at time of hire, must obtain license within 6 months of hire date
- Ability to train and perform the job in a remote setting
- Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Capability to navigate through Windows-based and web browser applications
