Drive digital and AI initiatives from concept through implementation.
Lead structured workshops to identify AI opportunities and build a prioritized backlog.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable solution requirements.
Guide cross-functional teams toward value-driven outcomes.
Manage and optimize the application portfolio.
Ensure alignment with existing platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
Lead change management efforts and support user adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders.

Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner, Digital Lead, or in a similar role in large organizations.
Strong understanding of finance processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases, data analytics, and modern cloud technologies.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT domains.
Strong Agile background, including certifications and several years of practical experience.
Excellent communication skills, a structured mindset, and a strong focus on business value delivery.
Fluent Swedish and English.
