About this role
Role Overview
- Complete bank to bordereaux reconciliations using Excel and send to clients
- Complete supplier or contractor reconciliations using Excel
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation queries, escalate issues
- Record all receipts and credits daily
- Make payments using online banking
- Process cheques in and out plus bank cheques
- Process Davies fee payments
- Process invoices as required
- Process bank account applications
- Answer and resolve internal and client queries
- Monitor and control client monies, escalating any issues internally or to clients as required
- Liaise with staff from across the Davies Group and external clients
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Committed to giving excellent customer service
- Ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Reconciliation experience (Desirable)
- Ability to multi-task (Desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication (Desirable)
