Role Overview
- Client interface & relationship management: act as the central interface between internal departments and clients
- Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify individual client needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Information & communication management: keep clients continuously informed about new benefits and developments
- Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio and design new programs
- Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice to clients and develop future-proof solutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness
- Clear, persuasive, and presentation-ready communication skills
- Ability to work independently, solution-focused, and in a structured manner
- High level of organizational ability and solid commercial/business knowledge
- Fluent in German and English (business/professional level)
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
