Provide individual advice to employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement planning, with a focus on property insurance
Support customers by phone, in writing, and virtually to ensure a positive service and user experience
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes – from consultation through implementation
Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear, customer-oriented manner
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes in the areas of retirement provision, insurance, and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in the insurance sector, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance consulting (B2C), preferably in property insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
Confident handling of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
