Provisioning and maintenance of Microsoft client operating systems and associated software solutions (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune)
Provisioning and maintenance of Microsoft server operating systems and installed application systems (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), including the use of Microsoft Hyper‑V and VMware
Deployment using centralized Microsoft software distribution solutions
Advisory and administrative activities in external project work (clients) and in internal day-to-day operations (Assecor)

Knowledge of the Microsoft systems landscape (e.g., client OS, server OS)
Strong knowledge (planning, installation, configuration) of at least one current server system (2016/2019): Exchange, SharePoint
Solid knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365 administration
Basic knowledge in networking (e.g., protocols, hardware)
Knowledge of hardware and software virtualization solutions (e.g., Hyper‑V, VMware, App‑V)
Willingness to pursue further training and certifications
Desire to develop from a traditional administrator role into an IT consultant with project responsibilities
Commitment to working independently and taking responsibility
Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
Microsoft certifications are an advantage
