Development and enhancement of high-performance Web APIs and backend services
Design and implementation of new services with a clear focus on Rust
Responsibility for maintenance, modernization and further development of existing components (e.g., Java, PHP)
Technical design and implementation of solutions within the team
Development of maintainable, testable, and well-structured code following modern engineering standards
Quality assurance through automated tests and code reviews
Active contribution to architecture and design decisions within the team
Working in an agile development environment with short decision-making paths

Degree or vocational training in computer science or proven equivalent experience
Good knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Rust, Java, or PHP
Interest in developing your technology skills further, particularly in Rust
Experience in backend environments (APIs, services, databases, testing)
Structured, self-directed way of working
Responsibility for code quality and long-term maintainability
Proficient German skills (B2 level); we offer courses to reach C1 level
