Lead product and process engineering area assuring production sustainability, validation, and improvement
Execute and lead manufacturing engineering actions, process validations, projects and investigations
Lead and coordinate the engineering process to allow the execution of priorities and projects according to manufacturing production needs
Coordinate with different areas (logistics, purchasing, planning and quality) assuring that production running without interruptions
Promote continuous improvement in products and processes to reduce the risks of interruptions in production or quality regulations
Keep the production costs down maintaining the quality of the product or service unaffected
Keep an adequate organizational environment to promote the values and Culture of HMCR
Define and coordinate execution of manufacturing priorities and processes validations according to the indicators of yield, quality, and cost

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Effective budgeting and performance management
Strong validation medical manufacturing process experience as a lead
Strong statistical techniques knowledge (DOE, SPC, etc.)
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Software: Minitab, AutoCad & Solidworks
Fluent in spoken and written business English
Knowledge in CAPEX, Budget control and COGS
2 to 5 years in leadership positions in Manufacturing Engineering or related field at medical device companies is a plus
7+ years of work experience in medical industry
Catheter experience preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt experience is desirable
Management and communication of Projects timeline to key stakeholders
Coordinating & leading customer and internal meetings
Leading and managing the project’s budget and performing CAPEX approval requirements
