About this role
Role Overview
Define and lead the community strategy for 7 Days to Die as a live service game
Create and manage expert player groups, influencer programs, and UGC creator communities
Establish clear feedback loops between the community and the development teams
Deploy and manage the strategy across social platforms, notably Instagram and X
Interact directly with players through conversations, livestreams, and community activities
Collaborate closely with marketing teams and other Behaviour projects, including Dead by Daylight
Requirements
Strong experience in community management for live service games
Excellent understanding of gaming culture and the ability to explain game mechanics
Comfortable managing public comments, including in sensitive situations
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a collaborative mindset
Hands-on experience with social platforms such as Instagram and X
Familiarity with PC and console environments and creator ecosystems
