Conceptualize and design product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Optimize existing visuals to enhance brand impact and conversion rates
Select and edit imagery while adhering to Amazon guidelines, performance goals and the brand guides of our diverse clients
Develop visual strategies to increase product presence and sales performance for our clients
Create briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers

Completed vocational training or a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or Communication Design
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce or the Amazon environment
Excellent proficiency with Canva, the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
Experience producing conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
Interest in developing AI-based content
Strong sense of design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Fluent German and English, spoken and written — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Ability to work independently and a passion for team spirit and shared success
