About this role
Role Overview
Provides customer support to dealers by performing all frontline responsibilities
Handles all customer inquiries related to parts and provides superior customer service
Releases backorders and expedites to purchasing department
Tracks backorder shipments and advises dealers of arrival time
Keys orders into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Communicates with remote Liebherr warehouses
Assists dealers in navigating ERP and parts systems
On call 24 hours for emergency machine down situations
Assists in inventory audits
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent education
minimum of two years of experience in a parts environment
Basic knowledge of distribution and warehousing principles
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals
Knowledge of software and systems related to parts and warehouse operations
