Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
Provide tailored consulting to landlords, property owners and property management companies on operational housing concepts and build long-term partnerships
Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually
Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing
Actively contribute to the further development of our services and processes in the area of housing procurement
Requirements
Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as an estate agent, in property management or in comparable roles
Explain complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to different target groups
Confident in using IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Work independently, in a structured manner and with responsibility
Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
