About this role
Role Overview
- You act as the central interface between internal departments and clients
- You build and maintain trusting relationships through active relationship management
- You identify individual needs of clients and their employees
- You support new and existing clients through all order processes
- You proactively inform about new benefits and developments
- You actively help shape the benefits portfolio
- You provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programs
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in Key Account Management, Project Management, or Customer Success Management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax-related topics
- Ideally experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial matters
- Fluent in German and English
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
