Advise employees of our clients individually on financial wellbeing, insurance and pension planning, with a particular focus on property and casualty insurance
Support clients by phone, in writing and virtually, ensuring a positive service and user experience
Handle customer inquiries and service processes independently – from consultation through to implementation
Explain complex insurance and financial topics clearly and in a customer-oriented way
Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the areas of pensions, insurance and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in the insurance sector, or banking training with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
