About this role
Role Overview
Advise employers on employee and corporate events – from the initial inquiry through final execution
Create customized event concepts and proposals
Conduct sales conversations and manage the process through to contract signing
Provide professional client support by phone, e-mail and digital channels
Actively source and acquire new event locations and partners
Maintain existing contacts and continuously expand the network
Work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way in a remote setting
Participate in onboarding/training in Munich, Steinsee and Fuerteventura
Requirements
Strong sales aptitude
Proven experience in sales
Strong advisory, communication and closing skills
Relevant professional experience in tourism, hotel or event environments, or in a comparable commercial or sales-facing role
Strong commercial/business acumen
Experience with pricing offers, contract finalization, proactive customer development, and routine use of CRM and ERP systems
Self-motivated, organized and able to work remotely
Professional, open and service-oriented demeanor
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
