About this role
Role Overview
As Energy Customer Success & Portfolio Growth Manager, you are responsible for the development of our customers and their energy portfolios.
You ensure that individual assets are developed into scalable, commercially successful hybrid power plants and continuously advance existing customers.
Rapid onboarding of new customers: 85% of all new customers begin actively marketing their energy assets within 8 weeks of contract signing.
Growth in the existing customer portfolio: 40% of existing customers expand their energy portfolio annually through additional assets or new energy products.
Building and developing energy portfolios: At least 20 new assets (PV, green energy storage, HPC) are integrated into existing customer portfolios per quarter.
Active development of customer relationships: At least 10 structured portfolio reviews per month with customers to identify growth and optimization potential.
Continuous growth of the energy portfolio: The actively marketed customer portfolio (MW) grows continuously through new assets, storage systems and hybrid power plants.
Requirements
You are passionate about not only supporting customers but actively developing them and taking their energy portfolios to the next level.
You immediately recognize where additional potential exists for customers — whether through new assets, green energy storage, hybrid power plants or optimized market participation.
You remain focused even when developing multiple customers, projects and new energy products in parallel.
You enjoy analyzing energy portfolios and deriving concrete growth strategies.
You convince with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively drive initiatives rather than waiting for instructions.
You excel at communicating with customers — you are fluent in the language of the energy sector and can explain complex topics clearly.
You have a strong affinity for data, markets and systems and use them to make well-founded decisions.
You have experience in the energy industry, e.g. in power trading, direct marketing, energy sales, storage or PV projects, charging infrastructure or energy-related services.
You hold a degree or vocational qualification in energy economics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Benefits
An attractive compensation package with a performance-based component directly linked to the growth of your customers' portfolios.
An electric company car that you can also use privately.
The opportunity to actively contribute to the development of energy products, hybrid power plants and new business models.
Flexible working conditions through our hybrid and home-office arrangement.
An agile working environment with fast decisions and genuine scope for influence.
A team that values performance, ownership and collaboration.
The chance to actively participate in the transformation of the energy system and make a real impact.
