Dive deep into our business performance metrics and current strategic initiatives.
Build trust with key stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams.
Drive execution on major cross-functional initiatives such as piloting a new product or scaling a new revenue strategy.
Establish robust dashboards to manage business performance KPIs and proactively identify areas for operational improvement.

4+ years of experience in business strategy and modeling.
4+ years of experience managing time-sensitive projects.
3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps.
Strong analytical skills (e.g., Excel, SQL) and written communication.
