Own and drive complex product development programs: Lead a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
Program-level decision ownership: Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment when priorities compete
Executive and stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive decisions, provide program visibility, and escalate risks proactively
Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and streamline execution
Manufacturing readiness and scale: Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp, ensuring design, supply chain, and operational readiness
Tools, process, and systems optimization: Leverage tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve program transparency, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration
Risk management: Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early; lead mitigation planning and execution across teams
Requirements
10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments. PMP certification is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Background in hardware or controls engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, or systems) or equivalent experience enabling effective partnership with technical teams and participation in technical discussions
Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design, validation, regulatory certification (preferred), and manufacturing scale-up
