Build and maintain relationships with the Top 200 Strategic Homebuilder Accounts.
Profitably grow existing accounts and establish new accounts to obtain assigned sales objectives.
Develop a sales plan with specific and measurable sales objectives with the Homebuilder Leadership Team.
Collaborate with other internal key stakeholders to mutually drive sales and adoption of Software, Services, Consulting and MBP.
Maintain a market development database that includes the key accounts and prospects.

Bachelors degree in related field and/or combination of education and experience
6+ years of sales or related experience
Knowledge in MS office applications
Intermediate knowledge on product, software, consulting and services
