- Elevate the team's technical and strategic level.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in digital projects
- Experience in leadership or a strong role as a technical reference
- Ability to structure and defend product decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence other areas
- Analytical profile and data-driven mindset
- Experience with web projects (websites, landing pages, or digital products).
