About this role
Role Overview
Provide L2 and L3 support for mining technical systems, following operational standards and procedures.
Manage incidents, problems, service requests and changes, applying ITIL and COBIT practices.
Coordinate AMS vendors, service contracts and IT licenses, ensuring quality, cost control and delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles and support procedures.
Plan system updates, implement improvements and support technical projects.
Create dashboards, reports and low-complexity applications, and promote Data Literacy.
Deliver user training and drive continuous improvement in IT processes.
Requirements
Advanced English; Spanish is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, databases and programming.
Experience with ITIL, COBIT, stakeholder management, and management of IT projects and contracts.
