Manage the affiliates program across marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Mercado Livre)
Build and maintain close relationships with internal affiliates
Develop targeted and proactive communications
Monitor posts, live streams, produced content, and other affiliate activations
Track performance metrics and sell-out generated by the affiliate base
Create content, guides, briefs, and directives to support affiliate content production
Work in close collaboration with Marketing and E-commerce teams
Develop engagement initiatives, incentive programs, and differentiated experiences

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in affiliate management
Knowledge of social media platforms
Knowledge of marketplaces
Ability to interpret data
