Undergraduate Degree in Engineering.
1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, service engineering, or sales engineering role.
Strong technical knowledge of products, applications, and engineering principles relevant to the industry.
Ability to provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and customers regarding product installation, application, and utilization.
Experience or aptitude for performing conceptual and customized engineering work to meet specific customer requirements.
Proactive approach to identifying and initiating product or service improvements to better align with market and customer needs.
Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
