Lead branding and marketing projects across Asia Pacific region to enhance Schaeffler’s brand resonance and positioning.
Develop and implement processes for controlling and reporting on regional marketing, corporate social responsibility, employer branding, sustainability, and sponsorship activities.
Manage the regional web presence, social media platforms, and intranet in alignment with the Head of Regional Branding & Marketing and in collaboration with the Communications team.
Oversee the central social media management tool and its governance framework, ensuring effective management of regional branding and corporate marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign costs and outcomes, ensuring campaigns meet targets, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Provide performance analysis for the organization’s digital marketing channels by tracking and interpreting key performance metrics.
Conduct ongoing research to identify new digital marketing trends and support data-driven marketing strategies.
Develop innovative digital marketing concepts based on a deep understanding of relevant IT and marketing processes.
Requirements
Graduate qualificaiton wirth specialization in communication, digital marketing, or branding
Minimum 5 years' experience in the B2B industry.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing communication and advertising.
Strong project management skills, with proven experience in leading, planning, and executing marketing projects and events.
Familiarity with fundamentals of communication design, video production, digital marketing, and social media tools/software.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
