Leading the full cycle counting program (policy, schedule, execution, audit).
Designing and adjusting risk-based counting strategies (e.g., ABC/XYZ, criticality/risk weighting, stratified sampling) and dynamically adjusting frequencies.
Developing and implementing counting algorithms to prioritize items based on risk signals (variance history, velocity, value, lead time variability) and triggering exception counts.
Configuring and maintaining cycle count settings in WMS/ERP and automating workflows.
Analyzing root causes of inventory variances and implementing corrective warehouse actions.
Maintaining master data affecting inventory (UOM, lot/serial controls, reorder points).
Creating dashboards and reports on accuracy, shrinkage, and productivity.
Training warehouse teams on counting procedures and technology usage.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory policy with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Several years of experience in inventory control or stock management.
Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.
Proven ability to manage cycle counts and drive inventory accuracy improvements.
Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for implementing counting algorithms and automations is an advantage.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, etc.) and scanning technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma.
