Support in analysing and optimising processes related to document management
Assist in preparing presentations and decision papers for management, and coordinate meeting preparation and follow-up
Help maintain and structure documents and data
Conduct independent research on assigned topics
Support project work in the areas of digitalisation and process automation

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in law, business administration, information sciences, or a related degree programme
Interest in document management, digitalisation and data organisation
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent, structured and meticulous working style
Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Initial experience with document management systems or process modelling is an advantage
First-hand experience using AI-assisted tools for document analysis or automation is a plus
Team player with strong communication skills
