About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure accurate calculation and fulfillment of tax obligations and related operations
- Monitor and interpret tax reform legislation
- Assess the impact of the reform on the company's operations
- Review and adjust the tax classification of transactions
- Support the transition between tax regimes
- Model and simulate tax scenarios
- Assist in structuring tax strategies
- Ensure compliance with new ancillary tax reporting requirements
- Mitigate tax risks during the transition period
Requirements
- Calculation of taxes: PIS, COFINS, Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), and Service Tax (ISS)
- Filing of ancillary obligations: SPED, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, and DCTFWeb
- Experience in land subdivision / real estate development (loteamentos)
- Experience with Special Purpose Entities (SPE — Sociedade de Propósito Específico)
- Knowledge of revenue recognition (cash vs. accrual accounting in the sector)
- Experience with tax regimes: Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) and RET (Special Taxation Regime — Regime Especial de Tributação)
