Assist Project Managers in the quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects
Provide technical expertise to sales and operations team members
Document discussions, identifying important elements for further review, and documenting action items in project related discussions/meetings
Review new RFQs for completeness and urgency
Provide assistance to sales and operations personnel for level 1 and 2 service requests
Review PM generated project solution designs, technician schedules, drawings, etc.
Perform all project related data entry and management within the ERP system
Manage and perform timely updates of project information in the PMO project tracker
Generate and manage all project related Order Prep Sheets (OPS) and Pickup Notes (PUN)
Conduct site walks and periodic site visits as needed and approved
Assist PMs in documenting and maintaining project related deadlines, submittals, and deliverables
Requirements
At least five years of experience in the power distribution/generation field specifically with Load banks, power distribution and power generation equipment
Formal Electrical Training
PM Certification preferred
A technical aptitude--willingness and ability to learn the business application and fleet capabilities
Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages is a plus)
Ability to travel overnight on an average of 5%, as well as pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screening is a must
