Develop comprehensive growth strategy, value proposition, and execution roadmap in response to market dynamics and Client needs
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through targeted strategies spanning traditional and non-traditional lead sources
Lead partnership strategy and execution—from concept and economic evaluation through pilot and scale
Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel engagement strategies to drive cross-sell and deepening Client relationships
Spearhead the annual business planning process, including financial modelling, forecasting, and creating presentations for senior executives
Build and develop a high-performing, diverse growth team of 10+ employees
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with mandates that drives P&L, preferably in a combination of financial services and startups
Bilingual proficiency (French/English)
University degree, or equivalent industry experience
Professional designation in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills
