Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants
Handle inbound leads and convert leads into signed clients

Requirements
2–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a fintech, payments, or banking environment
Excellent communicator
Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving and sales qualification skills
Confident working with CRMs, internal tools, client data, and payment analytics tools
