Lead the HRIS function, including strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery.
Drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives across SAP HCM and Workday platforms.
Oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, data migration, and process optimization.
Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants.
Mentor and grow the Workday team while keeping them engaged and focused on the Workday project goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in Workday and People technology Applications
10+ years of HRIS leadership experience
Strong functional and technical experience in two or more of the following modules within the Workday HCM Suite: HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Performance
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, V-Look-Up, etc.
