Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to define and deliver cross-functional initiatives that move core metrics.
Establish and evolve product rituals (reviews, retros, planning) to promote consistency, alignment, and focus.
Model data-informed decision making, guiding your PMs to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in every phase of product development.
Contribute to org-wide product maturity, helping to define frameworks, standards, and best practices across Customer.io’s growing PM discipline.
Foster a culture of trust and empowerment, encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and bias for action.

8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years managing or mentoring PMs.
Proven track record leading B2B SaaS or MarTech products with strong data, workflow, or messaging components.
Demonstrated success driving outcomes through strategy, prioritization, and execution across multiple product areas.
Strong communicator with experience leading distributed, async-first teams.
Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes — from vision and frameworks to hands-on roadmap execution.
Deep empathy for customers paired with analytical rigor to measure and learn from impact.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality product experiences.
