Developing technical expertise in assigned Hamilton lab automation products
Contributing to daily sales support, product development initiatives, training, and marketing support
Assisting in achieving portfolio revenue growth
Collaborating with the Product Manager to identify market opportunities and manage product lines
Supporting product development efforts in partnership with teams
Conducting sales and service training sessions
Delivering product demonstrations for customers and key stakeholders
Creating and executing business plans and product strategies

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science
Experience in sales, customer service, product management, or product development preferred
Background in the laboratory equipment or life sciences industry is advantageous
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
