Proven track record to effectively guide an assembly of Installation Resources at every level.
Proven track record in driving coordination and support of project execution teams in areas such as: Subcontractor management and labor planning, Project planning and document control, Material delivery, scheduling, and management, Contract management and customer correspondence, Risk mapping and proactive alert management
History of effectively driving and managing change within a sophisticated international matrix organization.
Outstanding team-building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency and break down barriers.
Experience with labor planning, budgeting/forecasting, project planning, site management, installation, contract management, materials management, and lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
Technical knowledge of the material handling industry, supply chain, or material handling solutions is advantageous.
A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. However, demonstrated experience and leadership skills are highly valued.
