Senior Test Analyst

Role Overview

• Plan, design and execute manual and automated test scenarios and scripts;
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance (load/stress) and security testing;
• Identify, log, analyze and track defects, ensuring the quality and stability of deliveries;
• Support the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria and validating user stories;
• Actively participate in refinements, requirements reviews, sprints and homologation cycles;
• Define test strategies, including identifying target items and ensuring adequate coverage;
• Evaluate the results of each test cycle, proposing continuous improvements;
• Prepare and maintain test documentation (plans, test cases/scenarios, evidence and test data/datapools);
• Use test management, automation and defect tracking tools;
• Create and maintain automated scripts, including execution with variable test data;
• Assess non-functional requirements with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability;
• Conduct security analyses, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing system improvements.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in IT
• Solid experience in functional, regression, integration and automation testing;
• Experience with load and performance testing;
• Experience with DB2 databases;
• Knowledge of test automation tools and automated test execution;
• Experience in planning, managing and executing tests;
• Ability to create automated test scripts;
• Knowledge of security testing and vulnerability identification;
• Familiarity with core OWASP concepts;
• Experience evaluating non-functional requirements (primarily performance);
• Experience creating test documentation (plans, test cases/scenarios, evidence, test data);
