Lead the end-to-end coaching and workshop strategy : set direction, define priorities and success metrics, and oversee execution with the Career Center team to drive career growth and internal mobility.
Build and execute the Career Centre communications plan with Corporate Communications, in collaboration with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources teams and business units.
Own the workshop portfolio: manage Career Services Intake, assign coordinators/facilitators, and deliver workshops (e.g., Develop Your Team) and other facilitation requests aligned to Career Centre guidelines.
Own reporting for coaching programs and workshops: manage surveys, follow-ups and outcome tracking; use KPIs and dashboards to refine offerings and demonstrate impact.
Drive adoption of employee data in Workday (skills, aspirations, development plans) to enable careers, AI-enabled job matching and internal mobility.
Deliver individual and group career coaching for employees and leaders in support of the Grow with Us pillar.
Partner with leaders and HRCs to assess needs and provide the right resources, content and delivery formats.
Review and enhance the Executive Coaching process with the vendor; deliver prioritized improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
8+ years of HR or related experience with a passion for development and a track record of implementing employee-centric solutions.
Coaching and development experience; ICF or equivalent coaching certification required.
Excellent communication skills; able to develop and deliver presentations and workshops for audiences from employees to executives.
Strong tech aptitude; experience with SharePoint and Workday is a strong asset.
Strong data analysis skills; advanced Excel is a strong asset.
Ability to influence key stakeholders; collaborative and inclusive mindset.
Creativity and innovation to propose new or out-of-the-box solutions.
High agility and comfort with ambiguity; results-oriented, proactive and fast-paced.
Strong project management and planning skills.
