Review, monitor, and control project data in support of internal and external project reporting.
Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist with cost proposals.
Conduct pricing documentation 'what-if' cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis.
Maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
Provide pricing documentation to be utilized in proposal development.
Assist in development of payment plans.
Review Cobra budget data, ensuring budgets tie to program baseline.
Work with PMs and APMs to complete program statusing and ETC forecasting.
Develop management by exception reporting and analysis for senior management review.
Generate contractually required cost performance reports.
Provide notification to the Contracts department on limitation of cost or funds as required by the contract.
Provide Earned Value Management guidance, support, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Ability to take initiative and be proactive to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
Ability to be resourceful and apply appropriate problem solving skills
