About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical support remotely for main converters of variety of suppliers in service
Interdisciplinary project work as technical expert to improve the fleet reliability
Should handle Team
Be a leading example in maintaining high standards of HSE and quality
Prepare and verify technical documentation
Representing Service interest again suppliers
Advancement of main converter trainings
Troubleshooting of complex failures / areas and also be responsible for RCA
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
10+ years in blade service engineering & should have minimum 2+ years experience in team leadership
Experience in Lead, motivate, and mentor the Blade Service Engineering team
Should have experinec in resource planning, allocate workloads, and monitor execution
Should approve/review technical evaluations, reports, and RCA
Act as primary interface with global regions and partners
Decision-making and conflict management
Willingness to travel
