Define an operating model, standards, and a way of working to maximize the credits and incentives across the regions/functions.
Work with a cross-functional team to design and implement end-to-end management processes (from opportunity identification through pursuit, through incentive administration, and compliance)
Partner with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, finance, operations, and regional leadership, to ensure a cohesive, coordinated approach to incentive opportunities.
Lead and govern the portfolio of Incentive programs end-to-end incentive lifecycle, including pursuit, negotiation, compliance, and administration.
Develop structured strategies and execution plans to pursue and secure incentives effectively across regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Professional certification in the areas of finance or tax.
10+ years of Leadership experience in building and shaping a Global function.
Ability to work across geographies and with culturally diverse teams.
Ability to build trusting relationships across functions, businesses, and geographies.
Strategic thinking and financial modeling capability.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of global tax credits, economic incentives, and government funding programs.
Moderate understanding of tax and financial incentives in one or more countries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
