About this role
Role Overview
Compensation consulting with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Participate in implementation projects, rollouts and continuous improvements.
Map compensation processes and propose business-aligned solutions.
Lead workshops, trainings and discovery sessions with HR and business stakeholders.
Perform testing, validations and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Produce functional and technical documentation to support solutions.
Serve as the technical point of reference for Compensation and SuccessFactors for the team and clients.
Requirements
Senior experience in Compensation projects (fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, meritocracy).
Proven experience with the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in consulting or implementation/rollout projects for SuccessFactors.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Advanced Spanish for working with international clients and teams.
Availability for CLT employment contract and 100% remote work.
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (especially Compensation).
Experience with other HR modules (PMGM, EC
Employee Central, Variable Pay, etc.).
Prior experience in multicountry projects across Latin America.
Background in People Analytics or strategic compensation.
