Provision of specific TAP expertise to enable delivery teams
Gather requirements from the Business and work, document them with work with the TAP technical teams to translate the end user requirements to application/system requirements
Reviewing requirements documents provided by the clients
Build customization on TAP solution using the TAP scripting language
Mentoring and guiding the developers to adhere to the coding standards
Training the team members in TAP Business Analysis
Configuring TAP GUI, TAP WUI, Financial Servers and eco-system components like WTX / TTI / Actuate etc
Expertise in configuring & tailoring Strategies, Constraints, PTCC checks, Formats, Screens, Reports etc covering various F2B & B2f processes for Asset classes Securities, derivatives, Forex products, structured products, forwards and spots, money market products
Documenting functional specification and Test artefacts
Expertise in preparing meaningful, concise and aesthetically pleasing power point presentations
Conduct functional trainings on TAP
Collaborate with partners within and outside Capgemini to build assets & accelerators
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a TAP WUI or GUI SME with a large organisation.
Minimum 5+ years of non-TAP experience, preferably in Wealth Management, acting as BA Lead for at least 2 years.
Strong analysis skills with wealth expertise, possessing significant work experience and in-depth knowledge of wealth products like securities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Derivatives, Forex, forwards, spots etc.
Understand the Wealth Management and Private Banking business and eco system – Custodian, Depository, Broker, Registrar etc
Experience preparing good quality Functional Design/Technical specifications/Test cases.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum in particular and the use of Jira.
Able to work as Team player as well as independently without any supervision.
